Symptom #1: Do you sweat excessively from any of these areas... underarms, forehead, palms, breasts or groin? These are the areas that sufferers typically sweat excessively from. If your sweat problem is caused by an underlying health condition then you'll generally sweat from every part of your body. But if you're suffering from hyperhidrosis, then you'll typically sweat from the above areas.
Symptom #2: Skin discoloration. The parts of your body where you sweat excessively from typically become discolored. If you have a fair skin complexion then it'll be easier to notice. But a discoloration of the skin in the affected sweating areas is a good indication that you have hyperhidrosis.
Symptom #3: Anxiety. Do you find yourself getting anxious when you're around other people. Or maybe you find yourself avoiding social situations because you sweat more? And you're scared of other people noticing that you have a sweat problem? This is a normal symptom amongst hyperhidrosis sufferers.
Symptom #4: Scaly skin. This is one of those symptoms that is linked to thousands of other health problems. But if you think you're suffering from hyperhidrosis, and you notice scaly skin then that's a good indication that you are indeed a hyperhidrosis sufferer.
